We are Anne and Jim Jobe...Travelers, Hikers, and Naturalists. After selling our home, giving away our furniture and building out our first van, "Rex", we made a  choice to "withdraw from the fray" and travel. Our first adventure took us from the Southeast United States to Alaska.  After a few months on the road we decided to continue exploring - embracing a nomadic life indefinitely.  We now travel in our second van build, a Ford Transit, "Moby".

     Through our travel journal we hope to inspire others to travel and explore; and to nurture a deeper appreciation for nature, and an active caring concern for our environment.  We have learned that when making an effort and "putting ourselves out there", serendipity follows, and the world can show you amazing things. We try to live each day in search of an adventure, a good hike, and a back yard with a view! . 

Our hope is to share, inform, and inspire from our seeking the sublime.
